Our dedication centres on offering quality local beer, fine wine, outstanding service, and cultivating an environment that is both welcoming and community oriented.

With extensive experience at The T Box and Pizza on the Hill in Trundle, I sought to unify their distinctive flavours in one central establishment. In late 2025, I acquired The Crafty Bishop with the vision of creating a comfortable setting where individuals can convene, share ideas, and enjoy exceptional coffee and beer – promoting meaningful connections among both new guests and familiar patrons.

To provide a diverse range of brews reflecting various notes, colours, and styles, we explored the south coast of England, collaborating with breweries large and small to identify exemplary local beers.

This effort resulted in the creation of Roxby’s, allowing us to offer Chichester a carefully curated selection of craft beers tailored to artisan standards.
